Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online shop fairtogood.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Different terms from the customer will not be accepted unless Fairtogood explicitly agrees in writing.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The order confirmation email represents the acceptance of your offer, and the sales contract is thereby concluded.

Prices: All stated prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and displayed before completing the order.

Payment Methods: We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- TWINT
- PayPal
- Klarna

Payment Timing: Payment is made at the time of ordering. The charge is processed only when the goods are shipped.

Delivery Area: We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination country.

Delivery Times:
- Switzerland: 2-3 business days
- EU: 5-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days

Risk Transfer: The risk of accidental loss and deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Exercising Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., email to returns@fairtogood.com) of your decision.

Consequences of Withdrawal: In the event of an effective withdrawal, services received on both sides must be returned. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not exist for goods made to customer specifications.

Warranty: Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you are entitled to supplementary performance (repair or replacement).

Limitation of Liability: Fairtogood is liable without limitation for intentional acts and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, Fairtogood is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

Product Liability: Claims under product liability law remain unaffected.

Delivered goods remain the property of Fairtogood until the purchase price has been paid in full. In case of payment delay, we are entitled to reclaim the goods.

Applicable Law: Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

Jurisdiction: For all disputes arising from this contractual relationship, the place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

Consumer Rights: For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country of residence also apply.
