With proper care, your Fairtogood pieces will last for years. Here are our recommendations for each material.

General Tips

Basic Care

These tips apply to all our garments.

Air out your clothes between wears. Less washing extends garment life.

30°C or below is gentler on fibers and saves energy.

Skip the dryer. Hang your clothes to dry naturally.

Wash Machine wash at 30°C

Dry Hang dry, no tumble

Iron Medium heat if needed

Note May shrink slightly on first wash

Wash Gentle cycle at 30°C

Dry Lay flat or hang

Iron High heat while still damp

Note Linen softens with age

Wash Hand wash or wool cycle

Dry Lay flat on a towel

Iron Low heat with steam

Note Wool naturally regulates odors - wash rarely

Wash Machine wash at 30-40°C

Dry Hang or tumble low

Iron High heat, similar to linen

Note Hemp becomes softer and more comfortable with each wash
